This garment has been crafted from a soft merino wool yarn.
Merino wool is a fine, soft wool that creates a softer finish than regular sheep wool and is less likely to cause the skin irritation sometimes found with wool. It is breathable and temperature regulating, keeping you warm in winter and cool in summer.
The wool used in this yarn is verified non-mulesed and sourced from Australia.

This garment was designed in Melbourne by the ELK team and made by Tongxiang Jimmy Fashions in China. Jimmy has worked with us since 2010 making both woven and knitted apparel. Jimmy is actively working with us to make workplace improvements to ensure a safe working environment.
The factory is signed up to Sedex, and undertakes regular SMETA social compliance audits.
